Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, agreed to acquire ILC Dover, a company specializing in the design and production of highly innovative solutions for biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and medical device markets, from New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm, for $2.325bn. “This acquisition is the next phase of our long-term vision to expand into higher-growth end markets like life sciences.
