SSE completed the acquisition of Enerveo from Aurelius Group.

SSE, a developer, operator and owner of low-carbon energy assets, completed the acquisition of Enerveo, formerly known as SSE Contracting, from Aurelius Group, an asset management group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the repurchase, SSE will now work with Enerveo management to conduct a review to develop and then implement a longer-term strategy for each part of the business.
