Eldik Bank completed the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Sky Mobile from Veon.

Eldik Bank, a state-owned bank in Kyrgyzstan, completed the acquisition of a 50.1% stake in Sky Mobile, a mobile operator in Kyrgyzstan, operating under the Beeline brand, from Veon, global provider of connectivity and digital services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of our Kyrgyzstan operations marks another important step in VEON’s portfolio optimization.
