Take-Two Interactive Software, an American video game holding company, agreed to acquire Gearbox, an American video game development company, from Embracer Group, a video game and media company, for $460m. “Our acquisition of Gearbox is an exciting moment for Take-Two and will strengthen our industry-leading creative talent and portfolio of owned intellectual property, including the iconic Borderlands franchise.
