Investment companies Lexington Partners, Neuberger Berman, Hamilton Lane and AltamarCAM, completed the acquisition of Supply One, a packaging and containers manufacturing company, Cadence, an electronic systems designer, and Pentec Health, a provider of patient-specific sterile compounding, from Wellspring Capital Partners, an private equity firm, for $975m.
