Le Roy Logistique completed the acquisition of Veolog from Labatut Group.

Le Roy Logistique, a national and international transport operator and provider of tailor-made logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of Veolog, a transport-logistics company, from Labatut Group, a family owned logistics and supply chain company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Firstly, this new acquisition fits perfectly into our external growth strategy. It is important for the development of the Le Roy Logistique group by providing us with real expertise in value-added operations, particularly in the logistics of Wines and Spirits. This new scope thus strengthens our presence in areas of activity where the requirement for quality of service is high. Finally, the arrival of Veolog also allows us to accelerate our growth in complementary geographical locations and to create new synergies with the group's agencies and subsidiaries,” Patrick Sesboüé, Le Roy Logistique Managing Director.
