Bain Capital to invest in Emerald Bay Risk Solutions.

Bain Capital Insurance, the dedicated insurance investing unit of Bain Capital, agreed to invest in Emerald Bay Risk Solutions, a collaborative underwriting carrier. Financial terms were not disclosed.
