Alpine Investors-backed Axcel Learning completed the acquisition of KMK Optometry.

Alpine Investors-backed Axcel Learning, a professional education business, completed the acquisition of KMK Optometry, a provider of comprehensive optometry board exam test preparation and coaching services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
