SOL Group-backed Airsol completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in MedAir.

SOL Group-backed Airsol, a company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing industrial plants for environmental rehabilitation, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in MedAir, a provider of home respiratory care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted about this new partnership with MEDAIR which allows us to enter the scene of the Romanian market.
