Castik Capital, a European private equity firm with a long-term approach to value creation, agreed to acquire a majority stake in paraDIGMA group, an occupational health provider in the field of sustainable employability, from Mentha Capital, an independent private equity firm active at the lower end of the mid-market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It was a great pleasure to work together with Rudo Vissers, Peter Kruissen, the wider management team and all the talented employees. We now confidently transfer the organization to Castik Capital, the right partner for paraDIGMA group.
