The Home Depot, a home improvement retailer, agreed to acquire SRS Distribution, a residential specialty trade distribution company across several verticals serving the professional roofer, landscaper and pool contractor, from Leonard Green & Partners and Berkshire Partners, two private equity investors, for $18.25bn. "SRS is an industry leader with a proven track record of profitable growth across verticals.
