Symrise and Virchow to form a joint venture.

Symrise, a company that develops and supplies ingredients for fragrances, flavors, cosmetics, and nutrition, and Virchow, an India-based group of pharmaceutical companies, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the Vizag Care Ingredients joint venture, Symrise is creating and controlling additional capacity for fast-growing, high-value cosmetic ingredients.
