Stellantis, a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation, completed the acquisition of 60% stake in Groupe 2L Logistics, a transportation and logistics solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger allows Stellantis to be stronger to face market developments. It ensures greater responsiveness and flexibility to satisfy all our customers. To this end, we will fully rely on the expertise and resources of 2L Logistics to continue the development of our logistics activities in France," Yves Caracatzanis, Stellantis Global Supply Chain Senior VP.
