Creative Planning, an independent wealth management firm and registered investment advisor, completed the acquisition of ML&R Wealth Management, a company that works with non-profit organizations to build their portfolios over the long term, from Maxwell Locke & Ritter, a tax, audit, risk assurance, and transaction advisory services company.
