Pettra completed the acquisition of Natulab from Pátria Investimentos.

Pettra, a family office set up to invest in the retail and consumer sectors, completed the acquisition of Natulab, a pharmaceutical company, from Pátria Investimentos, a capital market company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
