Barito Wind Energy completed the acquisition of a 99.99% stake in Sidrap and OMI from UPC Renewables Asia Pacific, ACEN Renewables, UPC Renewables Asia III, Sidrap, and Sunedison Sidrap for $102.2m.

Barito Wind Energy, a diversified and integrated energy company, completed the acquisition of a 99.99% stake in Sidrap, a wind power plant, and OMI, a component in supporting Sidrap’s operational activities, from a renewable energy company, UPC Renewables Asia Pacific, ACEN Renewables, UPC Renewables Asia III, Sidrap, and Sunedison Sidrap for $102.2m. “With the completion of the acquisition of Sidrap, we are taking a significant step forward in our mission to drive sustainable energy growth in Indonesia.
