Broad Sky Partners completed the acquisition of Punctual Pros.

Broad Sky Partners, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Punctual Pros, an operator of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electrical franchise servicing Central Pennsylvania. Financial terms were not disclosed.
