iA Financial Group to acquire assets of the retail full-service investment broker division from Laurentian Bank Securities.

iA Financial Group, an insurance and wealth management groups, agreed to acquire assets of the retail full-service investment broker division, from Laurentian Bank Securities, a banking institution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
