GTCR-backed Once For All completed the acquisition of Nalanda Global from PSG.

GTCR-backed Once For All, a provider of supply chain compliance and sustainable sourcing solutions for the built environment, completed the acquisition of Nalanda Global, a supply chain risk and compliance management software platform in Spain, from PSG, a private equity firm.
