Farmlands Co-operative Society to acquire SealesWinslow from Ballance Agri-Nutrients.

Farmlands Co-operative Society, a New Zealand-based co-operative offering a wide range of products and services to the rural community, agreed to acquire SealesWinslow, a compound ruminant feed manufacturer, from Ballance Agri-Nutrients, which provides a range of fertiliser products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bringing our combined assets, expertise, and market reach together, offering three leading animal nutrition brands, we’ll increase our ability to create long-term benefits and value for shareholders and customers,” Tanya Houghton, Farmlands CEO.
