Grupo GPS completed the acquisition of GRSA from Compass Group.

Grupo GPS, a facilities support services company, completed the acquisition of GRSA, an integrated services provider in Brazil, primarily providing facilities management, from Compass Group, a foodservice and support services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Compass is a leading foodservice and support services company active in Brazil since 1998 through GRSA. Since then, GRSA has become one of the largest foodservice and support services companies in Brazil.
