A21 Wine & Spirits completed the acquisition of Noble Oak from Edrington.

A21 Wine & Spirits, the operating division of Apogee 21, completed the acquisition of Noble Oak, a whiskey brand, from Edrington, a privately owned international spirits company based in Glasgow, Scotland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The brand made its reputation by pledging to plant a tree for every bottle sold, and has accounted for more than 1.2m plantings in reforestation projects nationwide.
