KPS Capital Partners-backed AIS Global completed the acquisition of Touch International.

KPS Capital Partners-backed AIS Global, a designer and manufacturer of innovative human-machine interface solutions, completed the acquisition of Touch International, a provider of highly engineered touchscreen solutions across multiple applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to add Touch International to the AISG team.
