Boral completed the acquisition of Booyal Quarries.

Boral, an Australian construction materials company, completed the acquisition of Booyal Quarries, a quarrying business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The strategic acquisition of Booyal Quarries in Queensland will underpin Boral’s ongoing commitment to servicing the high-growth Wide Bay region. Booyal Quarries will play a crucial role in providing quarry materials to Boral’s local downstream asphalt and concrete operations to supply construction materials for the region’s robust infrastructure and development pipeline,” Paul Noakes, Boral Executive General Manager.
