White Cap completed the acquisition of Crimson Steel Supply.

White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractor, completed the acquisition of Crimson Steel Supply, a distributor and fabricator of engineered steel rebar and structural steel products serving non-residential and infrastructure end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
