STG to acquire Eka Software Solutions.

STG, a US-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire Eka Software Solutions, a commodity management solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been extremely impressed by the breadth and depth of the products that make up the Eka platform.
