SachsenEnergie completed the acquisition of solar farm in Poland of Goldbeck Solar and SUNCATCHER Group.

SachsenEnergie, a regional provider of electricity and natural gas services, completed the acquisition of solar farm in Poland of Goldbeck Solar, an international company specializing in turnkey construction of industrial and large-scale photovoltaic power plants, and SUNCATCHER Group, a consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased about the successful project sale to a renowned energy company. This project is of great importance not only for us, but also for Poland in order to achieve its own climate protection goals and energy independence. The implementation of our project pipeline will make a significant contribution to the green energy transition in Europe,” Boris Beltermann, Goldbeck Solar COO.
