Onet, an international player in engineering and services, completed the acquisition of French activities of ISS, a workplace experience and facility management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation will enable the Onet group, an international player in engineering and services, to consolidate its position as leader in the French cleaning market, to accelerate its development in in-situ logistics and to develop new markets with integrated activity management/facility management services for its customers.
