Perseus Group Software completed the acquisition of Valeyo from Securian Canada.

Perseus Group Software, a software companies investor, completed the acquisition of Valeyo, a loan origination technology developer and insurance protection services provider, from Securian Canada, an insurance and protection solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Securian Canada made this decision in alignment with our broader strategy to serve our key markets with leading insurance and tech solutions through integrated, trusted partnerships.
