Kharis Capital. a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Grupo Dani García, a restaurant group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The new resources obtained will be used to further professionalise operations, improve the existing offer and significantly accelerate its future international presence, in order to become a world leader in gastronomic and culinary experiences aimed at the general public," Grupo Dani García.
