Progressio SGR to acquire Archiva Group.

Progressio SGR, an Italy-based private equity firm agreed to acquire Archiva Group, a digital consultancy and cloud-based software solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The strategic partnership with Progressio coincides with an important evolution step for Archiva Group which, in the last few years, has undertaken a path characterized by major investments in technological assets to continuously improve the range and level of services provided to its clients.
