Penta, a home care provider, completed the acquisition of Homecare Holding, a provider of home healthcare in the Czech Republic, from Genesis Growth, a company that provides capital to small and medium size high-growth companies primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In recent years, we have successfully transformed a traditional healthcare provider into a modern systematic concept of comprehensive care in a home setting. Our approach is based on nurses' high level of expertise, supported by a wide range of modern digital tools. Thanks to a new management team, the company has succeeded in growing both organically and through acquisitions.
