KKR-backed Groundworks completed the acquisition of The Basement Guys.

KKR-backed Groundworks, a privately owned foundation and water management services company, completed the acquisition of The Basement Guys, a full-service basement remodeler. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Groundworks continues our Midwest expansion with the addition of The Basement Guys.
