BTG Pactual to acquire The Oitavos for €160m.

Synopsis

BTG Pactual, an investment bank, agreed to acquire The Oitavos, a five star hotel, for €160m. With this purchase, BTG Pactual intends to transform the five-star hotel into one of the country's leading golf courses. In terms of rooms, the hotel will have 80 suites and 40 residences, resulting from an investment of between €2.5m and €8m.
