Investcorp completed the acquisition of 18 industrial properties located in Colorado and Florida from Stockbridge for $200m.

Investcorp, a global manager of alternative investment products, for private and institutional clients, completed the acquisition of 18 industrial properties located in Colorado and Florida from Stockbridge, a private-equity real estate investment company, for $200m. “The industrial real estate market in the US continues to exhibit strong tailwinds and remains one of the most attractive asset classes for investment.
