TMF Group, a provider of compliance and business administration services, completed the acquisition of Seamless Global, the India-based accounting and payroll business of Sannam S4 Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens TMF Group’s delivery capability in India and demonstrates their continued commitment to this fast-growing market as well as to the APAC region, following their recent acquisition of KPK faServ India Private Limited in July 2023.
