Hamilton Health Care System, a health care delivery system, agreed to acquire the 351-bed Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland from Community Health Systems, a provider of general hospital healthcare services, for $160m. Additional consideration may be received following the transaction contingent upon potential changes to certain supplemental reimbursement programs.
