Roca, a manufacturer of sanitary ceramics, bathroom and kitchen furniture, faucets, bathtubs, showers and bathroom accessories, completed the acquisition of Nosag and IneoCare, two companies provide products for intergenerational bathrooms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
