Novavest Real Estate, a real estate agency in Zürich, Switzerland, completed the merger with SenioResidenz, a real estate development company, in an CHF80m deal. The size of the real estate portfolio and combined company resulting from the merger will increase its attractiveness for investors and open up new growth and financing opportunities. The merger of the two companies will also make it possible to exploit potential synergies.
