Ayesa, a technology and engineering services provider, completed the acquisition of Emergya, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Emergya will now form part of an impressive company that is undergoing a process of expansion, and we look forward to showcasing our experience and exceptional capacity for innovation,” Víctor Fernández, Emergya CEO.
