HR Path completed the acquisition of GroupeX Solutions from GroupeX.

HR Path, a France based HR consulting and IT solution firm, completed the acquisition of GroupeX Solutions, a workforce management and consulting services provider, from GroupeX, a Canadian IT workforce management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a strategic market for HR Path, North America has been pivotal to our global expansion.
