JFC Group-backed SAMEDIA completed the acquisition of InterDiam.

JFC Group-backed SAMEDIA, a manufacturer and distributor of diamond tools and equipment, completed the acquisition of InterDiam, a Dutch-based manufacturer specialising in diamond core drills for OEM. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SAMEDIA’s acquisition of InterDiam represents an exciting step forward in our growth strategy.
