Legrand, a French industrial group, agreed to acquire Enovation, a healthcare software in the market for connected health and assisted living, from Main Capital Partners, an investment management company, for €500m. "We are very pleased to announce these investments in areas that are at the heart of buoyant trends (connected solutions, datacenters) and as such, of our growth acceleration strategy.
