Auroora Yhtiöt completed the acquisition of Telatek Service.

Auroora Yhtiöt, a Finnish serial acquirer group that owns, acquires, and develops businesses, completed the acquisition of Telatek Service, offering a range of high-quality on-site and workshop services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition strengthens Auroora’s Industrial Products and Services segment and strengthens our position as a strategic partner for industrial maintenance customers in Finland.
