Tecniplast, a manufacturer of cutting edge equipment for animal houses and laboratory animals, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in KW Apparecchi Scientifici, a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for the conservation of Pharmaceutical and Biological products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
