TotalEnergies and BlackRock-backed Vanguard Renewables to form a joint venture.

TotalEnergies, a global integrated energy company, and BlackRock-backed Vanguard Renewables, a farm-based organics-to-renewable natural gas production company, agreed to form a joint venture to develop, build, and operate farm powered renewable natural gas projects in the United States.
