LNS Eiendom completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AGTunnel.

LNS Eiendom, a Norwegian construction company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in AGTunnel, a Nordic contractor specialising in tunnel protection. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As the majority owner of AGTunnel, LNS wants to strengthen the capacity in our tunnel projects. We complement each other very well. Over time, AGTunnel has delivered projects of high quality and we are very satisfied that the management will continue in the company. AGTunnel is going to be important in the LNS group's further investment," Frode Nilsen, LNS CEO.
