Computershare to acquire BNY Trust Company of Canada from BNY Mellon.

Computershare, an Australian stock transfer company, agreed to acquire BNY Trust Company of Canada, a company offering asset management and corporate trust services, from BNY Mellon, an American banking and financial services corporation, custodian bank and securities services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re delighted to be bringing the experienced team at BNY Trust Company of Canada on board.
