Nestlé India, the Indian subsidiary of Nestlé, and Dr. Reddy’s, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, agreed to form a joint venture to take health science nutraceutical portfolio to consumers across India and other agreed territories. Financial terms were not disclosed.
