Electrolux Professional completed the acquisition of Adventys from P3F Sarl for €22.1m.

Electrolux Professional, a global provider of food service, beverage, and laundry solutions for professional users, completed the acquisition of Adventys, a French manufacturer of induction cooking equipment, from P3F Sarl, an Investment entity, for €22.1m. “Induction cooking significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to other technologies, such as gas, since it only uses energy when the surface is activated, which makes it the technology for the future of sustainable cooking. With the acquisition of Adventys, we will be able to gain access to the development of our own induction technology while we, at the same time, are maintaining and strengthening our leadership in horizontal cooking,” Alberto Zanata, Electrolux Professional Group President and CEO.
